Amateur Swimming Association Shop

The Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) are the home of British Swimming and the leading swimming certification provider. The ASA needed a contemporary bespoke eccomerce solution for the their B2B and B2C customers. Bright Matter were tasked with developing and UI and UX design and backend integration that both increased sales and reduced pressure on the inhouse sales customer support. Our solution is a website that has two unique experiences for B2B and B2C customers, but integrating in to the same accountancy and fullfillment systems. The responsive User interface was design to meet the unique needs of the different users visting the website. The B2B customers have highly tailored ordering system that emphasises re-ordering and quick ordering as opposed to a focus product and brand marketing. Repeat sales rather than unique sales.
